About Montero Tree Services LLC
Montero Tree Services is a Tampa outfit with more than 14 years behind it, run by owner Santos Montero, who usually walks the job himself from the first quote through cleanup. The company handles trimming, pruning, large removals, stump grinding, palm trimming, and emergency work, including a 24-hour line. Customers say the crew shows up when promised, communicates well while working, and takes care not to damage plants, lawns, or sprinklers nearby. Several reviewers were turned down by other companies for tough removals, including a large oak in a crowded yard, and Montero took them on. Pricing gets described as fair and often lower than competing quotes, and the crew hauls off debris and leaves the yard cleaner than they found it.
