About Florida Tree and Sod LLC
Florida Tree and Sod is a family-run outfit in Tampa with over 30 years of experience, owned and operated by Leonard Royster, who has been cutting trees since he was 11. They do tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, land clearing, storm cleanup, and some sod work across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. Customers say the owner comes out himself, gives a straight estimate, and sticks to it with no surprise charges. Reviewers also mention they answer the phone, often send an estimate within a day, and finish jobs ahead of schedule. Several said the prices were the lowest they found. Clients have used them for large removals near power lines and for multi-day alley clearing.
