About Perez Site Services LLC
Perez Site Services is an owner-operated outfit in Winter Park that does more landscape and site work than tree work. Tree trimming, stump grinding, and tree removal are part of the offering, along with land clearing and debris hauling, but the bulk of the jobs customers describe are yard makeovers, sod and sprinkler installs, hardscape, and recurring lawn maintenance. Reviewers say the crews show up on time, keep the site clean at the end of each day, and communicate well through the project. Pricing comes up often as fair.
