Customers praise the crew's trimming and cleanup, but several report unfinished jobs after full payment.
About Jays top notch lawn care
Jay's Top Notch Lawn Care works in Town 'N' Country and the surrounding service area, covering general yard work along with tree and palm trimming and junk or debris hauling. Customers who were happy with the crew describe them as polite, prompt in replying, and fair on price, and they point to clean yard beds, shaped hedges, and trimmed palms. The bigger problem in the reviews is follow-through. Several customers say jobs were started and left unfinished, including one who says a project was paid in full but never completed, and another who reports a deposit-style payment with no return visit. Lawn damage after a single visit also came up. Get the scope and pricing in writing before work begins, and confirm a return date.
