About Chad's Lawn and Landscape
Chad's Lawn and Landscape covers the usual lawn work (mowing, fertilizing, pest control, sod, aeration) plus landscaping, sprinkler work, pavers, and retaining walls across The Villages and nearby towns. Tree work is a smaller part of the business. Trimming, stump grinding, and removal of smaller trees are on the service list. Customers most often say the crews show up when scheduled and the same people keep coming back, which matters if you want a consistent crew. Several customers also say the office answers the phone and follows up. The main complaint, from more than one customer, is billing: multiple invoices a month, a 10 percent late penalty, and totals that climbed over time. Review your invoices closely before you sign up.
