About Stumps and Roots
Stumps and Roots is a family owned stump grinding outfit serving St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Tampa, and New Port Richey. The crew has about 35 years in the business and does a lot of golf course and commercial work, using smaller grinders that keep tracks off fairways. Customers say quotes come fast, often the same day, and the prices are fair. Several said the crew showed up when promised and left the yard clean, with chips hauled away. A few homeowners used them for storm-damaged oaks and ficus after hurricanes. Ask for the final number in writing before the crew arrives.
