Zimmerman's Lawn & Landscape LLC
Commercial-focused company since 2011, but reviews repeatedly describe unpaid work, unfinished jobs, and refunds not delivered.
About Zimmerman's Lawn & Landscape LLC
Zimmerman's Lawn & Landscape has operated since 2011 and focuses mostly on commercial grounds: HOAs, apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, resorts, and retail plazas. Its services include contract mowing, irrigation, fertilization, landscape installation, and tree trimming and removal. A homeowner who had a new lawn and flower beds installed was happy with the crew and the follow-up on an irrigation problem. Other customers report a different experience. Several describe missed promises, unfinished jobs, and refunds that never arrived. One reported a payment dispute with a credit card company, and another said the company's workers damaged their property. Get the contract terms and payment schedule in writing before you sign.
