About All Florida Land Services
All Florida Land Services has been working in Brevard County since 2016, and owner Josh Auten has more than ten years in the trade. The company does palm trimming and palm replacement, which is where most of the reviews come from, including a lot of work after the January freeze killed palms across the area. Crews remove dead palms, grind stumps, replant, and haul off debris. Customers say they show up when promised, often within a day or two of the first call, and leave the yard clean. Pricing gets described as fair, and Josh walks through estimates and plant choices with homeowners. The company also takes emergency and storm cleanup calls around the clock.
