TWISTED TRUNK TREE SERVICE, LLC
Owner-operated since 2017, with an arborist who assesses trees before quoting, though reviews flag missed work and communication lapses.
About TWISTED TRUNK TREE SERVICE, LLC
Justin Judd started Twisted Trunk in 2017 in South Florida and moved the business to the Panhandle in 2018, after Hurricane Michael. It is a small, family-run outfit, and you talk directly to the owner. Customers say the crew cleans up well and takes care with dangerous limbs, and a few praise Justin for telling them a tree only needed trimming instead of removal. The complaints come up repeatedly: crews arriving late, poor communication, and jobs left partly done. Two customers also said the contract wording on debris was unclear. Get the scope of work and debris removal in writing before they start.
