Known more for sod and lawn work than tree removal, with repeated reports of missed visits and yard damage.
About Shady Oak Lawn and Landscape Management
Shady Oak handles lawn care, sod installation, and general landscaping in the Orlando area, and tree work is only a small part of what they do. Customers who praise them mostly point to sod jobs and planting, and say the owner, Chris, kept them informed and showed up when promised. The complaints are more serious and repeat: several customers describe missed service visits that went unanswered, and two reported damage to their yards during work, including a broken sprinkler line and a disturbed septic line. Two customers also ended up in refund disputes over deposits. Check references and get the scope in writing before paying a deposit.
