About NewScape LLC
NewScape is a commercial landscape company working mostly with HOAs, condo associations, apartment communities, and commercial campuses from Bonita Springs to Cape Coral. Their pitch is managed, year-round service rather than one-off jobs, with a named account manager and regular field checks for irrigation and plant problems. Reviewers say they respond quickly, follow through on what they promise, and keep crews on schedule. Several customers have stayed for years, and a few say the installations and sod work went smoothly. Tree work is a small part of what they offer, handled through arbor specialists, so this is better suited to a community or property manager than a homeowner who needs a single tree removed.
