About American Tree Surgeons, Inc.
American Tree Surgeons is a locally owned outfit in Middleburg, run by owner Jim Maddox, who says he has been at it since 1987. Their 92-foot tracked lift fits through a 36-inch gap, so they can trim palms and other trees without spiking the trunk, which matters because spike holes let rot and borers in. They'll also raise the canopy for roof clearance when insurers ask. Customers mostly talk about crews who show up on time, work fast, and leave the yard cleaner than they found it, with stumps ground and debris hauled. Several reviewers say the prices are fair. Repeat business is common, and a few people say they've hired the company for multiple jobs over the years.
