About Critical Tree Service
Critical Tree Service is a family owned outfit in Lehigh Acres, run by owner Juan Ibarra Montero, who says he has over 25 years in the field. He started climbing for large utility tree contractors and has worked storm recovery across Florida since 1990. Customers describe the crews as professional, safety-conscious, and tidy about cleanup, and several mention fair prices. The main complaint is hard-to-reach scheduling: more than one reviewer says calls went unreturned and that a booked estimate was missed without notice. Some find quotes on bigger removal jobs high compared with other bids.
