About South Florida Terra Systems
South Florida Terra Systems is run by owner Phillip Coggins, who started the company in 2021 and still quotes and walks most jobs himself. Work covers sod, irrigation repair, lighting, palm and hedge trimming, and lawn maintenance across Palm Beach County. Reviewers mention quick callbacks, crews that arrive on time, and yards left clean after the job. Several said Phillip gave them planting and layout ideas they hadn't considered, and a few said his quotes came in under other companies. Some customers have used the crew for years on weekly maintenance. The company is less suited to very large tree removals, since reviews focus on trimming and small removals in tight spaces.
