Kats Tree Service
ISA Certified Arborist who runs the job personally, with a 60ft tracked lift that protects lawns and driveways.
About Kats Tree Service
Kats Tree Service is owner-operated by Katlin Burkhardt, an ISA Certified Arborist with over 15 years in the field. Most of the work is risk assessment, structural pruning, and removals near houses and structures, which is where the arborist credential matters. Katlin runs a 60-foot tracked lift that keeps turf and driveways from getting torn up. Customers repeatedly mention how fast calls get returned and how quickly assessments happen, often with a written report the same day. Reviewers also say Katlin explains options plainly, including options that avoid removal, and that job sites are left clean. Pricing is described as fair. Crews work in Lady Lake, Fruitland Park, The Villages, and nearby Lake County towns.
