About Big City Tree Service
Big City Tree Service has been working in Jacksonville and North Florida for about 15 years, and it covers a wide area that reaches St. Augustine, Orange Park, and the beaches. Most of the work is done by hand to protect the yard, with a fleet of larger machines and a crane brought in when a job needs them. Customers mostly describe the crew as professional and courteous, with fair prices and a tidy cleanup. Several reviewers mention storm cleanup and tree removal near houses, and a few say the crew was early or on time. One recent customer reported a missed estimate appointment that was never rescheduled, so it's worth confirming the time in writing.
