About 4 Facilities & Affiliates LLC
4 Facilities & Affiliates has been in Jacksonville since 1993 and mostly works on commercial grounds: HOA entrances, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and office parks. Its tree trimming and removal sits alongside regular lawn mowing, irrigation repair, and pressure washing, so one company can handle most of a property's exterior. Customers describe crews who show up on schedule, clean up after themselves, and check in during the week. Several reviewers have used the same crew for years. The company is a frequent subcontractor to other maintenance firms, and reviewers from those partnerships describe fast responses and clear proposals. Most of the reviews are from 2019 to 2022, so the recent picture is thinner.
