Known for lake and pond cleanup, though multiple reviewers report jobs left unfinished.
About SMITH PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLC (Land & Aquatic Restoration Services)
Smith Property Solutions handles land clearing, forestry mulching, pond and lakefront cleanup, dirt hauling, and small demolition across Northeast Florida and South Georgia. Customers praise the lake and pond work most, including weed removal and cleaning a neglected shoreline so it can be swum in again. Several reviewers say the lot prep and clearing were done quickly and at a fair price. The complaints are consistent: two customers say crews left jobs unfinished, and two others say they were not followed up with after a promised return visit. Ask for the scope in writing and confirm the finish date before work starts.
