Customers report unfinished jobs and debris left behind, so confirm cleanup and stump work before paying.
About Down & Out Tree Surgeons
Down & Out Tree Surgeons is a family run tree service in Hastings, a small operation that takes on trimming, removal, stump grinding, land clearing, and storm work. Customers are split. Several reviewers describe the same pattern: jobs left unfinished, debris sitting for a week or more, stumps not ground as paid for, and calls going unanswered afterward. Two reviewers say they were charged in full and still had a mess. Check that the work is finished and cleaned up before final payment, and get the scope in writing first.
