Prince and Sons Inc
Owner-run second-generation firm with irrigation repair and storm cleanup praised in reviews, but HOA residents report frequent crew complaints.
About Prince and Sons Inc
Prince and Sons is a family-owned landscaping company in Haines City, run by second-generation owner Ian Prince. Most of the work is commercial maintenance, irrigation, and light site work for builders and HOAs in Central Florida, with offices in Tampa and Orlando as well. Customers who are happy tend to praise weekly mowing and fast irrigation repairs, and one homeowner said a crew removed a branch from her roof right after a windstorm. The most repeated complaints are about crews driving carelessly, debris left on sidewalks, and equipment damaging yards, decorations, and plants. Several residents in HOA communities say they have been unable to opt out of the service, and some say damage was not repaired. Ratings are mixed, so the experience depends a lot on the property and the crew.
