Modern Cuts of SWFL
Good for recurring lawn care, but several customers report unfinished tree and stump jobs and slow follow-up after payment.
About Modern Cuts of SWFL
Modern Cuts of SWFL is a lawn and landscaping company serving Lee and Collier counties, and it also takes on tree trimming, tree removal, and debris cleanup. Regular lawn customers say the crew shows up on the same day each week and stays on schedule. Tree jobs get praise for tidy cleanup and fair prices. The complaints are consistent: several customers say jobs were left unfinished, stumps were left behind, and follow-up calls went unanswered after payment. Some also say the final bill came in higher than the quote. Ask for a written scope and a firm completion date before you sign.
