About MK's Lawn, Pool & Maintenance Services
MK's has been operating in Cape Coral since 2004, and the owner, Mike, has more than 30 years in the trade across several states. Most of the work is landscape design and installation, including sod, hardscape, and tree placement, plus builder and commercial jobs ranging from small lots to 20-acre sites. Customers say the crew shows up when scheduled, leaves the yard clean, and gives straight advice on plant choices. Several reviewers say they came in quickly after hurricanes, including one who had palms trimmed and hauled away just before Milton. Pool service plans start at $60 a month, and the company also offers lawn maintenance and storm cleanup.
