Jack's Complete Lawn Care LLC
Handles large tree removal and palm installs, but several reviewers say calls and follow-up go unanswered.
About Jack's Complete Lawn Care LLC
Jack's Complete Lawn Care has been working in Manatee and Sarasota counties since 1990, mostly on lawn maintenance and landscaping but with tree work too. Reviewers describe a crew that handled palm installations and removed large oaks near houses and power lines without incident. Customers who were happy said the company answered calls quickly and gave detailed proposals. The main complaints are about follow-through: several customers said calls and texts went unanswered, appointments were missed or canceled, and debris or oil was left behind after jobs. Those problems came up repeatedly, so check references before signing a recurring maintenance contract.
