Husband and wife owners run every machine themselves, with no subcontracted crews, and mulch the cleared material on site.
About ShadowCat Services, Inc.
ShadowCat is a husband and wife operation that does forestry mulching and land clearing with machines they own, and they do the work themselves rather than hiring crews or subcontracting. They focus on clearing and grading only, not a long list of unrelated services. Customers say the owners walk the property with them before quoting and explain each step, and that jobs are finished on the day promised. Reviewers describe overgrown lots, bamboo, palmetto, and storm debris cleared without tearing up the ground, with mulch left on site to break down into soil. Several say the prices were fair for the amount of work. Mature trees marked to keep were left standing, and the company does smaller jobs like driveway grading and gravel spreading too.
